6.1Waiting and riding

Wait where staff, cameras and other people are — designated waiting areas, near help points, under lighting. Standing at the empty end of a platform because it lines up with your exit is a poor trade at night.

6.2Rideshare verification

The routine is fixed and takes ten seconds. Wait indoors or in a populated spot until the car arrives. Check the licence plate, the make and colour, and the driver's photo. Then ask the driver who they are collecting — do not offer your name for them to confirm.
